Student Life 2010

This summer we took 32 youth to San Angelo for Student Life Camp 2010.  This camp also has a time set up for missions.  We separated into 3 groups and went to the Boys and Girls Club and two different community centers where our youth spent time interacting with the children that participate in these centers.  They were able to share God's love through words and actions.  They were a blessing to the kids they spent time with and a blessing for the adults, as we watched them serve others! Of course, at camp we had a lot of fun, great food (really!) and a wonderful time participating with other campers in worship.  The group got to know our new youth pastor, Aaron Coffey and his wife, Ashley a little better, too. Many youth were touched by the kids they ministered to, many came home with a new commitment to the Lord, and some even came to know Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior!
